A group of business men and women from Petrovietnam Fertilizer & Chemicals Corp. traveled to Israel on an incentive tour at the end of August to tour the facilities of the Gat fertilizer Factory and meet their Israeli counterparts in the field of fertilizer and chemicals, as well as to enjoy the many wonderful sites of the Holy Land.
The group spent some time at the Dead Sea where they had the chance to enjoy the hotel facilities, the spa, the swimming pools and also the therapeutic waters of the Dead Sea. They ascended Masada to tour the ruins of Herod’s Palace and the fortifications. The group also had some time to visit the Ahava Factory well known for its Dead Sea mineral cosmetic products.
The group also spent some time in Jerusalem touring the old city, including the Via Dolorosa, Church of the Holy Sepulcher and the colorful bazaars. A visit to Bethlehem, the birthplace of Jesus, was included in their tour in order to visit the Church of Nativity and the star of Bethlehem.
Before leaving Jerusalem the group visited Yad Vashem Memorial to the Holocaust and the Israel Museum which houses the Dead Sea Scrolls.
Traveling north included touring Nazareth with the Church of the Annunciation and Capernaum, the remains of the town excavated from 1st century.
While in the region the group traveled to Alon Tavor – the industrial capital of the north- to visit the Gat Fertilizer Factory. Gat fertilizers Ltd. is renowned for its advanced and unique fertilizer production technology, highly trained production and logistics team and professional sales and agronomical support team. The team from Vietnam toured the factory, and got to see implementation of the fertilizer in the field in different ways.
Other sites visited during the incentive tour were the ancient Roman port city of Caesarea, The Diamond exchange in Ramat Gan, Jaffa port and, of course, there was some time for shopping in Tel Aviv.
